NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley hurt his left arm on the Eagles' first offensive play Sunday against the Tennessee Titans and immediately left the field.

Barkley took the handoff from Jalen Hurts and was stopped by All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons for no gain. Barkley then went to the sideline and straight to the medical tent. Barkley went off the field holding his left arm against him for further tests.

The Eagles announced the three-time Pro Bowler had a stinger and his return was questionable.

Philadelphia had no issues without Barkley, continuing a 15-play drive that ended on third-and-goal when Hurts was intercepted by Amani Hooker who took it 92 yards.
